A great textbook for DEA

I have several books on DEA. This is the best text book for DEA. The models are well explained and I was able to learn the basic DEA models and their advances by myself. The spreadsheet modeling part is also very useful -- I can build and solve the models. If you are new to DEA, this is definitely the book you want to have.

This book should be on the bookshelves of everyone in a position to examine the productivity of their organizations especially in today's environment.

Useful, but contains many typos

The book is useful for explaining how to enter models into Excel's Solver. Although apparently easy for non-mathematicians, it omits explanations of many terms (e.g. "the non-Archimedian e" on page 61). Several errors (typos) in the text and formulas made me wonder if they were in a rush to get this printed (e.g. the two last lines on page 53, the random "Mitsubishi" on page 41, the formulas for cell D22 on pages 41 and 65, and several others). The link they provide to the book's Excel files is a bad link.
