About the Author
Leonard Heston, MD, is an emeritus Professor of Psychiatry. While at the University of Minnesota Medical School, one of his assignments was a chief physician on a hospital ward devoted to drug abuse research. He has received several major awards in medical science and has over 250 scientific publications. Hitler?s medical history has long been an engrossing part-time hobby.

The Medical Casebook of Adolf Hitler

This book was comprehensive, without redundant detail; yet for a scholarly medical work, it was facinating and a great read. Dr. Heston developed his conclusions with excellent supporting documents and first-hand interviews. If a particular diagnostic hypothesis was not well founded on facts, or if an illness was not proven, he said so. In other words, he did not build his work on rumors or theories.
